We will never ask you for your username or password in an email or over the phone
If you ever receive an email that looks to be from us, asking for your username and password details, do not respond to it, and never open any attachments it contains.
We will never ask you to change your password in an email or over the phone
The password that you set on your Tenant Screening account will continue to work unless you decide to change it or forget what it is an then use our ‘Password Reset’ function via our website.
If you request a password reset from our website. When you do so, you must ensure you are on the tenantscreening.co.uk website (you can do this by checking the certificate.
The only exception to resetting of passwords is if you call us and request that are agent resets the password on your behalf.
