Most checks are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on how quickly we receive responses from employers or landlords. You'll be notified as soon as your report is ready.

Do you check affordability and income?

Yes. Our Full Tenant Profile and Guarantor Suitability Check both include income verification and affordability assessments to ensure applicants can afford the rent.

Can I use your service if my tenant is from overseas?

Absolutely. Our Referencing Only package is built for international tenants who don’t have a UK credit history. We verify income and landlord references manually.

Are your reports legally compliant?

Yes — all checks are GDPR-compliant, Right-to-Rent-ready, and follow UK legal standards. We handle all personal data securely and responsibly.

Can letting agents use your service too?
